Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by credit/debit card, Paypal, cheque or postal order. You do not need to have, or open, a Paypal account in order to make payment. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Delivery Schedule We aim to process and despatch your order on the day of receipt. Normally we will despatch your order to you within 48 hours after payment has been cleared.

Once the goods have been delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to the customer.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel or alter your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security We only accept payment by Paypal. When you place an order, you will be directed to the Paypal secure site where you will enter your card details. Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your purchase within seven days, please contact us. Providing that unwanted goods are received back to us in unused, unopened and resaleable condition within seven days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this web site will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by Paypal will be refunded to your Paypal account. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt. The cost of returning goods will be borne by you. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items are missing from your parcel, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and goods will be redispatched on return of faulty items.

Items such as patterns and books will not be accepted for return, due to copyright issues, unless we have sent the wrong items.
