How can I place an order?

 You can place an order via this website using a Debit Card, Credit Card, American Express Card or PayPal. You can order by telephone on 01577 830742 (please call between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Saturday) using a Debit or Credit Card.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We try to send orders on the same day that we receive them Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are posted on Monday. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 24 (1st Class Post) and most are delivered the next day. Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail air mail and delivered by the postal service of the receiving country. For deliveries to Europe please allow 5-7 working days and for the rest of the world 10-14 working days (please note that deliveries to the USA or Canada can take longer).

 What do you hold in stock?

 We try to keep all the items on our website in stock in our own warehouse and current stock levels are available to view online. With so many product lines we are inevitably sometimes out of stock of particular items or shades so please do contact us if you would like information on forthcoming deliveries.

 Are the shade colours on your website an accurate representation of the actual yarn colours?

We try to make the photos as accurate as possible but colours may display differently on different computer monitors or devices. If you live nearby you are welcome to come to our showroom to see the yarn for yourself.

Will my order be picked from one dye lot?

We always pick orders from one dye lot only.

 Are all your yarns British?

 No, not all of them. We try very hard to source British produced yarns but often even British produced wool is processed overseas. If you want to know more about the provenance of a particular yarn please contact us.

 Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

 Yes as long as the item is returned within 14 days in a saleable condition. See our Returns section for more information.
