Returns Eligibility
- You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Items must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Refundable Items
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds on any products that have been reduced or marked down in price. All sales on reduced items are final.
- Additionally, knitting patterns, books, and any other downloadable or digital products are also non-refundable.

How to Return Items
Contact Us:To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@greatbritishyarns.co.uk . Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Packaging:Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Shipping:Send the item back to us using a tracked shipping method for your protection. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.

Exchanges
