We are happy to accept any unwanted items within 14 days in their original, unused, and unopened condition for a refund. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. When returning, please wrap the product carefully and use a secure shipping method. If there is any damage or missing items from you order, please notify us within 3 days. Our Standard postage is sent via the Royal Mail 48hr tracking service. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (please check your junk mail). You can follow the progress of your delivery on the Royal Mail website.

I photograph yarns in natural light to try and capture a true colour representation. If you are unsure or would like clarification please contact me, I am happy to help.

We do. At an additional cost your purchase (size dependent) will be boxed/wrapped with beautiful tissue paper, along with a small notion and sachet of wool wash and finished off with a personalized note! Find out more details here.
