Delivery within the UK
For deliveries within the UK, we use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. When items are in stock, you can expect delivery within 3-4 working days.

Delivery to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man
Orders sent to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man are charged at our standard UK rates. Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 48 is not guaranteed to arrive within 2–3 working days, and delivery may take longer due to varying service times and customs processing.

International Deliveries
For addresses outside the UK, we utilise the Royal Mail International Tracked service. If the items are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days. You can track your parcel until it reaches its destination using Royal Mail Track and Trace.

Please be aware that for any international orders (other than the US), any applicable taxes, duties, and courier handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid at the time of delivery. We encourage you to check with your local customs office for information on potential fees before completing your purchase.

Shipping to the USA
For orders to the US, we use a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service. This means that any customs duties and tariffs will be calculated at checkout and included in your total cost. By using the DDP service, you can avoid unexpected fees upon delivery, ensuring a more transparent and hassle-free customs experience.

Responsibility for Goods
The responsibility for the goods transfers to you once the supply or transportation begins. If you are unable to accept delivery on the scheduled date, the responsibility will pass to the temporary storage arranged by us or the postal/courier service.

VAT and Customs Duties
For orders placed by customers residing outside the European Union (EU) and delivering to an address outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the cost of goods. For all other orders, prices include VAT as required by UK law. The shipping cost is inclusive of VAT, regardless of the customer’s address or delivery location.

Customs & Duty
Customers outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon the arrival of their purchases in the destination country. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts. For more detailed information, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Shipping to Northern Ireland
Deliveries to Northern Ireland will be sent via tracked Royal Mail, and orders will not incur import duties or additional fees upon arrival.

Shipping to EFTA Countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland)
Deliveries to EFTA countries will continue with tracked Royal Mail shipping, and VAT will be excluded from orders. Please be aware that orders may incur import duties and additional fees upon arrival.
