We aim to ship all orders received by 12 noon the same or next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are usually shipped on the following Monday.

We send all UK orders via Royal Mail on the 48 tracked hours service. If you prefer, you can opt for a 24hr tracked post at additional cost. Please note that both the 24hr and 48 hour services are the Royal Mail delivery times and not our posting times. Orders are posted in order of arrival and although we aim to post all orders the same day, there is no priority on 24hr orders.

International Post and Packing Charges:

Great British Yarns offers international shipping and worldwide delivery via International Tracked and Signed for orders up to 2kg in weight. The maximum weight that can be shipped in one international parcel is 2kg. If you are ordering goods that total more than 2kg in weight you will need to place two or more separate orders.

Please note that overseas orders are free of UK VAT. You may have to pay your own country's sales tax plus any handling fees imposed by your postal service. We cannot be responsible for these. All parcels sent outside of the UK are automatically sent by International Tracked service or similar.
