After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. The contract between us will only be formed when we despatch your product.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are advised by our secure payment provider that a transaction may be 'high risk' or possibly fraudulent.

All prices on this website are in Great British Pounds (GBP). There is a currency converter for the convenience of overseas customers however this is a guide only and the actual payment that you make is dependent on the rates and charges of your bank at the time your payment is processed.

Whilst we try to ensure that the stock levels on our website are up to date sometimes there are errors. If an item on your order is not in stock, we will back order it for you. Normally we will part ship your order with the missing item(s) marked ‘to follow’. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel or alter your order if you would rather not wait.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Please be aware that although we have made every effort to reproduce colours accurately, these may vary depending upon your computer screen settings. If a product offered by us is not as described your sole remedy is to return it in an unused, resaleable condition.
