Como Grande

COMO Grande is the thicker counterpart to COMO, featuring a six-ply twisted design and crafted from 100% superfine merino wool with a fibre diameter of just 18.5 microns. This superlight yarn falls into the Bulky category, offering an impressive yardage of 120m - 131 yards per 50g ball. Thanks to an innovative manufacturing process, this carded yarn achieves a unique lightness and an exceptionally soft texture. The temperature-regulating and breathable qualities of merino wool are enhanced, while the light wool fluff contributes to a sophisticated, subtly matte finish.

The mulesing-free raw wool for COMO Grande is sourced from selected Australian shepherds and is spun and dyed in Italy by a family-run traditional company. The merino wool used is certified regarding animal welfare, sustainability and social responsibility and is dyed according to the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 for baby products.
