Big colour blocks, garter stripes and a graphic mosaic motif create a fascinating interplay of 3 colours and different textures in this eye-catching triangular shawl! Some tassels at the tips give this item a fun finish!

It is worked in sport weight yarn and knit sideways on the bias. Its shape with a centred bottom tip makes this shawl easy and cosy to wear.

The mosaic motif is created by using slipped stitches and only one colour at a time. It is easy and fun to knit! The pattern comes in fully written out as well as charted instructions.

YARN:
Designed for sport weight yarn in 3 contrasting colours. Allow approx. 330yds/300m of each colour to get the correct size of the sample.

Yarn used for sample:
Malabrigo Yarn Arroyo (sport weight, 100g=335yds/306m), 1 skein each in colourways Borrajas (A), Natural (B), and Plomo (C), (approx. 90-95g used of each colour).

GAUGE AND NEEDLES:
Not critical for this project but differences will affect yardage requirements and the finished size.
Gauge on sample: 19 sts x 38 rows = 10x10cm/4x4“ in garter stitch on smaller needle after blocking.
Needles used for sample: 4.0 & 4.5 mm / US6 & 7
